Are you married kids, pets, etc? - I have been married for 17 years and we have 4 children. Oh yes, we have pets, 3 fish, 1 cat, 1 dog, 1 chameleon, 1 turtle, and 2 birds.
Do you have any hobbies? - I enjoying reading, sewing, and deep sea fishing.
What made you decide to join your direct sales company? -I enjoy meeting new people and helping others. Thirty-One is great in both aspects.
How long have you been in business? - 
I have been with Thirty-One since August 2010. It is amazing how much I have achieved in such a short time.

What has been your biggest challenge? Keeping my family and business organized.
What has been your greatest strength? I previously worked for a home party children's clothing company. I was a top seller for many years and worked as a member of management for 5 years. Having worked with over 500 women across the country was a great way to learn about people and how to grow sales with others.
What has been your biggest achievement? - Earning an all expense paid trip to Mexico for me and my husband.
What advice would you give women starting out in home business? - Talk to everyone you about your new passion!
How do you balance work and family? - I have hired help with my house and my family has been extremely supportive.
How do you promote your business both offline and online? - Offline I talk about my business and give everyone a catalog! Online I network through Facebook with friends.
What are your business goals for 2011? -My goals for 2011 are to promote to Executive Director, to have team sells of more than $100,000, and to help 4 of my team members make Director.
