Meet Jennifer Pasalakis
Are you married kids, pets, etc? - I am happily married to a wonderful man named Eric. Together we have one daughter, Molly Kate, who is the our biggest blessing in life. We have two fish, Nemo and CP.
Do you have any hobbies? - My hobby is socializing! I love to host events in our home and I love to go to everything I get invited to.
What made you decide to join your direct sales company? - Becoming a stay-at-home mom is one of the best things I have ever done. I still wanted to contribute to my family finances. Thirty-One had the right products for me...I knew Thirty-One was something that I loved and couldn't wait to share it with my family and friends. I loved that fact that it was a faith based company. I also love that everything is so affordable.
How long have you been in business? - I joined Thirty-One in March 2008 and haven't looked back since!
What do you like best about the company? - I love our products! If I didn't love the products I wouldn't be able to be a successful consultant.
What has been your biggest challenge? My biggest challenge has been staying organized!
What has been your greatest strength? - 
My greatest strength is supporting my team. I have a wonderful group of ladies who have all made the decision to become a consultant for so many different reasons. I am a trainer, a friend, and a cheerleader for them all!

What has been your biggest achievement? -My biggest achievement has been the financial success I have achieved by being a Thirty-One consultant. I am able to pay many of our family bills! Being able to contribute to our family income is something that any stay at home mom would love to say they do.
What advice would you give women starting out in home business? - Find the product that you can be passionate about. If you are excited about your new business then those around you will be to. Tell everyone you know about your new business and share the opportunity with them...the opportunity to be one of your customers, hostess, or consultant.
How do you balance work and family? -When you love what you do it is definitely something that can be challenging. I have set times that I work on my business and keep control of my calendar at all times.
How do you promote your business both offline and online? - I carry a Thirty-One purse everyday! I share the opportunity with everyone I know! I'm hoping Sales Moms can help me with online promotion :).
What are your goals for 2010? My business goals for 2010 is to increase my online exposure and share Thirty-One with more women. I am also working towards taking my husband to Mexico!
